Appreciation Project: David Watson

Please help us show our sincere gratitude for David Watson and his continued service at Meadowlark.

David has been leading worship at Meadowlark for nearly two decades! God has blessed him with a gift that he humbly and joyfully shares with the body here in Fort Collins week in and week out. When he isn’t leading worship, he is usually mic’d up singing bass on the front row or helping to iron out wrinkles in the sound booth. Some people might not be aware that it takes hours of preparation every week to get everything in order for a single hour on Sunday morning. In addition to that, he also spearheads the teaching of new worship songs, handles the legal CCLI licensing, ensures we get the optimal equipment for our sound needs in the auditorium, schedules people to serve on the worship team, and so much more! He has done all this for many years and never expects anything in return, because this is simply one of the ways he lovingly serves Christ’s Kingdom.
